Homeprotector Optional Coverages

Your home is unique and so are your protection needs. Some optional coverages you may choose to add to your Policy include:

Sewer and Drainage Backup Coverage-For an additional premium of about $42 a year, Erie provides $5,000 of sewer backup coverage.  This endorsement includes only those losses from water coming into your home through a sewer, drain or sump.  *Additional coverage amounts available

Earthquake Coverage

Enhancement Endorsement-Provides up to $10,000 coverage for loss caused by water or sewage which backs up through a sewer, drain or sump.  

In addition increases special property amounts, includes Ordinance or Law coverage as well as extending the Tree, Shrubs, Plants and Lawns Coverage to 10% of the amount of insurance under dwelling coverage.
